Refund and Revision Policy

We want you to be happy with every dashboard. This policy explains revisions, refunds and cancellations for CMAView, operated by Subdivisions Realty LLC, d/b/a CMAView. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Single dashboard ($79)

• Revisions: includes 1 round of revisions. Send all your changes together within 14 days of delivery. Fixing our own errors, where the dashboard doesn't match your CMA, is always free and doesn't count as your revision.
• Before delivery: cancel any time before we deliver the dashboard for a full refund.
• After delivery: we refund only if the dashboard materially doesn't match the CMA you provided and we can't fix it within 2 revisions. Changing your mind, or changes to your own numbers after delivery, aren't grounds for a refund.

2. Agent Pro and Team White-Label subscriptions

• Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
• We don't give refunds or credits for partial months.
• Unused dashboards in a billing period don't roll over and aren't refunded.
• Price updates and revisions are unlimited while your subscription is active.

3. Rush delivery

If we miss the promised rush deadline, we refund the rush fee. Your deadline starts once we have everything we need from you, including a readable CMA and your branding details.

4. Add-ons

Add-ons such as the seller net sheet, narrated video walkthrough, custom domain setup and extra dashboards are non-refundable once delivered. If you cancel an add-on before we start on it, we'll refund it. Domain registration fees paid to a registrar can't be refunded.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@cmaview.com with your order details and what's wrong. We'll reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix the problem faster. If you file a chargeback, we may pause your subscription and take down the related dashboards while the dispute is open, and we'll give the payment processor our order and delivery records. If a chargeback is filed for a charge that wasn't eligible for a refund under this policy, we may end your account.
