Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Subdivisions Realty LLC, doing business as CMAView ("CMAView," "we," "us"), collects and uses information when you visit cmaview.com, order a dashboard, or view a dashboard. We do not sell personal information.

1. What we collect

Agent contact and account information: name, email, phone, brokerage, license details, logos and branding you provide.
CMA content you upload: CMA files and data, which may include your client's (the seller's) name and property address, comparable property addresses, prices, photos and notes.
Basic analytics: standard web server logs and simple usage data, such as pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, and when a dashboard is opened.
Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive limited details such as your name, email, billing address, the last four digits of your card and payment status. CMAView never sees or stores full card numbers.
Messages: emails and order forms you send us.

2. How we use it

To build, host, update and deliver your dashboards.
To process payments and send receipts and account notices.
To respond to questions and support requests.
To keep the service secure, fix problems and understand basic usage.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use client information in your CMA only to make your dashboard. We do not contact your clients or use their information for marketing.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help run CMAView, and only as needed:

DreamHost: website and dashboard hosting.
Stripe: payment processing, subscriptions and the customer billing portal.
Map and geocoding providers: Esri (map tiles) and OpenStreetMap geocoding, which receive property addresses or map coordinates to show maps.
Content delivery networks: Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which deliver fonts and chart code. As with any website, they receive your browser's IP address when a page loads.
Email provider: to send and receive order and support emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business (with notice to you). Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

4. Dashboards and search engines

Dashboards are hosted at unlisted links, are marked "noindex" so search engines are asked not to list them, and can require a passcode. Anyone with the link and passcode can view a dashboard, so share it only with people you trust. The passcode is a convenience feature, not bank-grade security.

5. Retention and deletion

Single dashboards are kept for 12 months from delivery; subscription dashboards for as long as you subscribe. Both are deleted 30 days after the term ends or you cancel.
You can ask us to delete a dashboard or your uploaded files at any time by emailing hello@cmaview.com. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm.
We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Server logs are kept for a limited time, typically no more than 12 months.

6. Security

We use HTTPS on all pages, limit access to uploaded files, and rely on established providers for hosting and payments. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please don't send us sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers or a seller's financial or mortgage details.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email hello@cmaview.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for using these rights. If you are a seller whose information appears in an agent's dashboard, you may contact us directly or through your agent.

8. Children

CMAView is a service for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we'll email active customers.
